This is a non profit organization to promote the culture of Bengal. The organization was formed in 1974-1975 and they started off with celebrating Saraswati Puja. Till 1985 they were involved in Saraswati Puja celebration every year. In 1986 they decided to celebrate Durga Puja and it became very popular. Their Durga Puja is also a cultural amalgamation. There are evenings of cultural programmes and events on all the puja days. Many notable artists like Purna Das Baul and Bhupen Hazarika have performed here.

After the Puja they also celebrate the Bijoya Sammilani with much grandeur by a cultural programme of singing and dancing. They also started an annual magazine named Pratibha to strengthen the community further. Other events organized by them are Saraswai Puja, Laxmi puja, Basanta Utsav, Bijoya Sammilani.
